ALEP welcomes Brethertons Solicitors as its newest member

The Brethertons Leasehold Enfranchisement team has been operational since 2006 and advises in all areas of Residential Landlord and Tenant Law, such as lease extensions and variations, collective enfranchisement, Right to Manage Companies, Notices of Assignment, noise complaints, and licences for alterations. The team is headed by Roger Hardwick,finalist in the categories of Young Professional of the Year and Solicitor of the Year at the News on the Block Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards (ERMAs) 2012.

Roger says: “ALEP ensures that only the highest calibre organisations become members by vetting applicants to ensure they have significant expertise in leasehold enfranchisement. Enfranchisement and residential landlord and tenant law is my chosen specialism, so I am thrilled that Brethertons has been admitted as a member of this prestigious association.”
