ALEP welcomes new committee member, David Robson

Thursday 12 December 2013

David Robson has replaced Mark Wilson, who gallantly stood down as valuer committee member following a tied-vote by members.

Mark, a Chartered Valuation Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer is Managing Director at Myleasehold and has served on the committe for 2 years.  The ALEP Committee would like to thank Mark for his valuable contribution during his term.

A warm welcome is offered to David Robson, Head of the Leasehold Reform Valuation Department at Robsons Chartered Surveyors, which focuses on residential property valuations and surveys in London and the South East of England.

David built up his experience in investment valuations whilst at Colliers International and qualified in 2008 before joining Robsons.  He has since carried out a range of Leasehold Reform valuations on behalf of freeholders and flat owners.  Robsons became a member of ALEP in 2011.
