ALEP aims to communicate information to its members that is relevant to the industry with a view to promoting knowledge, best practice and communication.
To become a Member and take advantage of all the benefits outlined below, your organisation will have been involved in leasehold enfranchisement for at least two years, initiate two or more projects per year every year and have two satisfactory references from clients relating to significant completed projects (freehold acquisitions involving at least ten participants each or from a total of 20 or more separate lease extensions).
