  • Landlord & Letting Show - 2 Day Event

    ALEP has registered its stand at the Landlord & Letting Show from 13 to 14 March 2012. ALEP's Honorary Secretary, Alex Greenslade, will be presenting to delegates on both days and ALEP members will be on hand to offer advice to freeholders and flat owners alike.

    ALEP Spring Conference 2012, 21 March 2012

    The ALEP Spring Conference takes place on Wednesday 21 March 2012 at the prestigious IET London in Savoy Place, London from 12.30pm until 5.30pm followed by a complimentary drinks reception until 7pm.

    This, ALEP's 10th Conference, coincides with the 5th Anniversary of the Association and is supported by News on the Block's ERMAs - Enfranchisement & Right to Manage Awards - 2012. The event will once again be hosted by ALEP's Honorary President, Damian Greenish of Pemberton Greenish.

  • Save the Date - ALEP Golf Day 2012

    High Elms Golf Club near Bromley, 18 September 2012

    Save the date for the 2012 ALEP Golf Day! After two great years at Bushey Hall, it's time to head south of the river and nearer home for the 2010 and 2011 winner, Andrew Raby of Thackray Williams.

    The popular novice session will also be available for those who wish to try their hand at golf in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.

    Full details and a booking form will be available in the New Year. The challenge is on!
