ALEP committee members Andy Szebeni, Alex Greenslade and Mark Chick attended the Landlord and Buy-to-Let Show in London's Olympia on 19 April 2008 to explain to investor-owners the importance of understanding lease issues if they own flats.

56 visitors heard how they can navigate the minefield that is leasehold enfranchisement and ensure that they secured the value of their investment properties.
