Nicola Muir specialises in all aspects of landlord and tenant and real property litigation both residential and commercial. In recent years, Nicola has developed a particular expertise in Leasehold Valuation Tribunal work including service charge disputes and enfranchisement claims. As well as appearing before the Tribunal on numerous occasions, Nicola regularly gives lectures on a variety of LVT related subjects.
This year she has given two lectures for Central Law Training in relation to the reasonableness of service charges and the right to manage.
