ALEP welcomes CMS Cameron McKenna as its newest member

ALEP is delighted to welcome CMS Cameron McKenna as its newest member. The firm has been dealing with leasehold enfranchisement matters since the mid-1990s when one of its clients, The Wellcome Trust, purchased the South Kensington Estate from the original owners.

Since then the firm has dealt with hundreds of enfranchisement claims. The majority have been lease extension and collective enfranchisement claims but the firm has also dealt with many leasehold house claims under the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 as well as a substantial number of right to manage claims.

The firm also acts on enfranchisement matters for other clients, including Derwent London plc.  Their highly experienced and expert team is led by Stephen Charnock and Swita Kothari, both Senior Associates, and supported by Alex Hurle, a Paralegal.
