The landlord and tenant team at Bishop & Sewell LLP can assist you with all aspects of the leasehold reform legislation. Headed by Mark Chick the team regularly advise on all aspects of freehold purchase and lease extension acting for both flat owners and freeholders. The team has a particular focus on larger projects and Central London properties but can deal with any leasehold reform issues arising in any area. The team also advise regularly in relation to Section 5A and Section B Offer notices served under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.
