Established in 1845, Fraser Wood have been acting in all property matters since this time but over the last 30 years Andrew Perrin MRICS Chartered Surveyor and more recently his colleague Steven Johnson MRICS Chartered Surveyor have specialised in all aspects of Leasehold Enfranchisement work.
We act for individual leaseholders, groups of leaseholders for collective enfranchisement and a portfolio of freeholders for both houses and flats/maisonettes, specifically covering the Midlands area but over the last 10 years have spread to the remainder of England.
We also have experience presenting cases to the First Tier Tribunal.
