Laurence Nesbitt has specialised in Valuations for Lease Extensions and Collective Enfranchisement for both freeholders and lessees since the introduction of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993. We take pride in settling cases quickly and efficiently by agreement, but when necessary we have the expertise and experience to represent clients at the Tribunal.
