ODT Solicitors has one of the strongest Leasehold Enfranchisement Departments in the South of England. We act on behalf of both Landlords and Tenants in relation to collective enfranchisements, lease extensions and right to manage claims, ranging from small 2-flat buildings to blocks containing over 100 flats.

Our solicitors have also dealt with cases at the First-tier Tribunal, Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) and the Court of Appeal.
