Sophie Gibson – Landmark Chambers

Sophie specialises in all aspects of residential and commercial property law with a particular interest in land registration, the right to manage, and leasehold enfranchisement. She especially enjoys the cross over between land registration and leasehold matters, having appeared in both recent Court of Appeal decisions concerning the problems posed by the ‘registration gap’ for the acquisition of the right to manage.
