ALEP AGM 2026 – NOTICE OF MEETING
The Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP) is run by its Directors, an Advisory Committee (AC) and an Executive Committee (EC). Further information about the management of ALEP can be found here.
The members of the AC are elected at the AGM and generally serve in office for a term of two years from the date of their election, after which time they must resign and seek re-election.
At the AGM on 1 December 2026, two members of the AC will stand down (although they are invited to nominate themselves for re-election):
Colin Cohen (managing agent committee member) and Ellodie Gibbons (barrister committee member).
The appointment/re-appointment of two individuals to the Committee shall be in accordance with the ALEP Election Procedure.
We therefore invite nominations for candidates for election to fill the AC vacancies of:
- One managing agent committee member;
- One barrister committee member.
Nominations can be submitted by email to elections@alep.org.uk. The name of the nominee and position should be stated along with the name and membership organisation of the supporter.
The deadline for nominations is Tuesday 10 November 2026.
