The Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners’ Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Tuesday 2 December 2025 at 5pm at the Law Society, 113 Chancery Lane, London WC2A 1PL.
ALEP AGM 2025 – NOTICE OF MEETING
Members of ALEP’s Advisory Committee are elected at the AGM and generally serve in office for a term of two years from the date of their election, after which time they must resign and seek re-election.
At the AGM on Tuesday 2 December 2025, the following members of the AC will stand down/seek re-election:
- Mark Wilson & Henrietta Hammonds, Valuer Members
- Anna Favre & Eleanor Murray, Solicitor Members
After consultation with the ALEP membership, we are extending the Advisory Committee and therefore invite nominations for candidates for election to fill the following AC vacancies:
- One Project Manager Member
- Three Solicitor Members
- Three Valuer Members
The appointments/re-appointments to the Committee shall be in accordance with the ALEP Election Policy and Procedure 2025.

The name of the nominee and position for which they are being nominated should be stated along with the name and membership organisation of the supporters.
A current headshot of the nominee is also required.
The deadline for nominations is Tuesday 21 October 2025.
