The Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners’ Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Tuesday 2 December 2025 at 5pm at the Law Society, 113 Chancery Lane, London WC2A 1PL.
ALEP AGM 2025 – NOTICE OF MEETING
Members of ALEP’s Advisory Committee are elected at the AGM and generally serve in office for a term of two years from the date of their election, after which time they must resign and seek re-election.
At the AGM on Tuesday 2 December 2025, the following members of the AC will stand down/seek re-election:
- Mark Wilson & Henrietta Hammonds, Valuer Members
- Anna Favre & Eleanor Murray, Solicitor Members
Nominations have been received for the following AC vacancies.
- One Project Manager Member
- Three Solicitor Members
- Three Valuer Members
The appointments/re-appointments to the Committee – which will be ratified at the AGM – shall be in accordance with the ALEP Election Policy and Procedure 2025.
