With LAFRA now enacted (but not completely in force), the Commonhold White Paper published, the Right to Manage and Leasehold Bill (introduced in June as a Private Members’ Bill under the Ten Minute Rule) plus, of course, the eagerly anticipated Leasehold and Commonhold Reform Bill (expected before the end of the year) the leasehold landscape is continuing to shift rapidly.
The Government’s commitment to reform is no longer just a matter of policy—it is actively taking shape, and as the sector digests the implications and prepares for further changes, there remains significant interest in the scale and timing of what’s next.
