LAFRA is enacted, and we now have a consultation on leasehold charges and services. The Commonhold White Paper has been published, with the Leasehold and Commonhold Reform Bill expected before the end of the year, as well as the Right to Manage and Leasehold Bill, which was introduced in June as a Private Members’ Bill under the Ten Minute Rule.
The Government’s commitment to reform is no longer just a matter of policy. The leasehold landscape is continuing to shift and as it does, our sector continues to grapple with the implications for clients and our day-to-day professional practice.
As we consider the scale of change and timings for what might come next, ALEP will ensure that this conference is up to date and relevant to our members and their practice with a full day of content and training for all.
Take advantage of our early bird discount to secure your place. We also offer discounts for multiple bookings – to find out more email ev****@******rg.uk.
Book before Friday 19 September and receive a discount for all delegates:
MEMBER RATES:
Full Day: £315 + VAT | £378 including VAT
NON-MEMBER RATES:

We will be delivering a full day of content and training, with plans for practical legal/valuation training seminars in the morning.
Delegates will enjoy refreshments on arrival, a networking lunch and our traditional post-conference drinks reception to be held locally to the venue.
