Dr Douglas Maxwell of Henderson Chambers spoke to delegates at the ALEP Conference in October and we are delighted to welcome him back for our first online session of the year.
In this online seminar, Douglas will provide an overview of the (often) controversial application of Convention Rights to leasehold reform. He will then set out the issues that will be considered by the courts when deciding existing and (potential) future human rights challenges.

Costs to attend this online event are £115 + VAT per ticket for the first three tickets and £85 + VAT for additional tickets thereafter.
Tickets for non-members are £145 + VAT each.
