Award winning national firm Goldsmith Williams has a specialist team – GW LET – providing expert advice and guidance to its clients in relation to all enfranchisement matters. The team is led by  John Jones and Rob Denman who between them have more than 30 years experience in this highly specialised market advising landlords, property managers, LPA Receivers, lenders and tenants.   They provide particular expertise in lease extensions, individual and collective enfranchisement and LVT cases.

GW LET is especially proud of its  proven track record in supporting homeowners with mortgages to extend leases on the properties they reside in, balancing the needs of both lenders and borrowers in guiding these matters to a successful conclusion.
