The Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP) has hosted its popular annual Golf Day. 30 seasoned golfers and novices alike enjoyed navigating the 27-hole course of Warley Park Gold Club in Essex.

Golfers enjoyed a sunny day of teeing off in style at the fairways of Warley Park and revelled in some healthy competition, with a selection of prizes and trophies up for grabs.

This year’s competition winners were:

  • Nearest the Pin: Sean Pugh, Kerry London
  • Longest Drive: David Robson, Robsons Surveyors
  • Novice Runner-Up: Jo Chapman-Burnett, Chroma Surveyors
  • Novice Winner: Ryan Bridges, MAP Surveyors

Golf winner of the day was Andrew Raby of Thackray Williams, a four-times ALEP golf champion, who returned to the greens after a two-year absence to reclaim his crown for a fifth time! Hot on his heels were the duo from Chroma Surveyors; Keith Chapman-Burnett in second place, and Jeremy Taylor in third place

Clare Grove, ALEP’s Marketing Manager, said: “Our annual Golf Day always proves to be a hit with the ALEP community. It’s a great opportunity to come together for a day of informal networking and friendly competition.

“I would also like to thank our fantastic sponsors Kerry London for their support in making the event possible. We’re already looking forward to next year’s event!”
