Manuel Swaden currently acts for a number of corporate landlords on large numbers of lease extensions of flats in their various buildings. In addition, the firm has acted for and continues to act for many individual tenants both to extend the terms of their leases and in a number of cases, for groups of tenants in the purchase of their freehold by way of collective enfranchisement.
