Yashmin is a partner and enfranchisement specialist heading up JPC Law’s Property Practice Group. Her dynamic and driven approach combined with a highly technical and detailed knowledge of property management law have seen her reputation grow as a recognised legal expert and trainer within the industry.
Recommended by the Legal 500, Yashmin specialises in residential leasehold and general landlord and tenant work, which includes Collective Enfranchisement, Lease Extensions/Variations, Right to Manage Claims, Appointment of Manager Applications, Rights of First Refusal and granting new Leases.
In May 2015, Yashmin won “Solicitor of the Year” at the NOTB Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards (her second time winning such an accolade) as well as being listed in the
prestigious NOTB’s Hot 100 in 2014 and 2015.
Yashmin has previously won “Young Professional of the Year” 2 years in a row, “Regional Solicitor of the Year” and also been short listed for the “Asian Woman of the Year” Award.
Formed in 2007, the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP) is a not-for-profit association that brings together barristers, managing agents, project managers, solicitors and valuers working in the residential leasehold sector.
