ALEP's Director and Co-Founder, Anna Bailey is proud to be on the judging panels of two of the sector's hottest awards.

Anna has been specially selected to judge News on the Block’s Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards (ERMAs). Now in its tenth year, the ERMAs recognise firms and individuals in the leasehold sector that have demonstrated outstanding service over the last year.
In addition, Anna is also on the panel at the Association of Residential Management Agents (ARMA) Ace Awards. The ARMAs commend excellence and achievement by managing agents and suppliers, and the work they undertake to improve the leasehold sector.
Commenting on her judging duties, Anna said: “I am delighted to be judging two of leasehold enfranchisement’s biggest awards. ALEP is always keen to collaborate with other sector organisations to fly the flag for best practice. I am looking forward to the judging process, and hearing more about some of the great work delivered by professionals in the leasehold sector.”
