Bolt Burdon has a large property base and has been advising on lease extensions and freehold purchases for many years as part of their conveyancing and property litigation teams.  Due to demand they now have a specialist team to deal with all enfranchisement matters. They act for large Islington and central London based landlords and property owners.

Their expanding team of William Bethune and Sonal Ghelani is led by Darren Coleran. The team and firm are focused on exceeding their clients’ expectations and providing expert fixed fee advice.
