We were pleased to see ALEP referenced this week in both the Government’s Leasehold Toolkit and the Pre‑Legislative Scrutiny Report on the draft Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Bill.
These acknowledgements underline the importance of high‑quality, specialist leasehold expertise at a time of significant change. They also reflect the strength of our community of practitioners – the legal, valuation and project management professionals who are committed to raising standards in enfranchisement.
