The Leasehold 2011 conference this month organised by the RLHA includes ALEP among its sponsors

Peter Haler MBE, former Chief Executive of LEASE and Board member of RLHA Group, will host presentations about current issues in the residential leasehold sector and invite delegates to contribute to a choice of syndicate sessions.
The conference is being held at the Law Society’s Hall in the City of London on 30 March.
John Mills, Technical Consultant of ARMA will present a plenary entitled Is Self Regulation the Way Forward looking at residential leasehold management. The second plenary is entitled Is the Management Industry Really Delivering – Are Leaseholders Getting a Fair Deal, co-presented by former government minister Dr Stephen Ladyman and News of the World consumer champion Sam Dunn.
Two syndicates will then be followed by an informal drinks reception.
