She won Regional Professional of the Year in the Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards 2015 run by News on the Block and was a finalist in the Solicitor of the Year category in the 2016 awards. Emily was also listed in the 2015 Hot 100 most influential people in the leasehold reform sector 2015 by News on the Block.
