Response to Government – Building Safety Act 2022

We have been contacted by members expressing concerns as to the impact on the leasehold sector of some of the provisions of the Building Safety Act 2022. 

In addition to arranging a free online seminar for members, we have worked with the directors, our Honorary President, Damian Greenish, and ALEP solicitor member, Leigh Shapiro, to coordinate a response to the Minister for Housing, Rachel Maclean.
